PAYMENT: 50% of the Rental Fee is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% of the rental fee, plus Cleaning ($125) and refundable Security Deposit ($300) are due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. No reservations are confirmed until deposit and signed rental agreement are received.

CLEANING FEE: A $125 cleaning fee will be charged for all bookings.

CANCELLATION: Deposit will be refunded when cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival only if property is rented to another client.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in after 4:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 am.

SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

PETS: Pets are not permitted.

LINENS: Bed Linens and towels are provided at this property.
