The house was completed in the spring of 2007 using locally produced wood species:

cherry flooring in the living room/bedrooms/kitchen, maple flooring in the enclosed porch,

cedar, aspen and pine paneling throughout, cedar railings, and walnut bar tops and mantle.

The countertops are granite, and the mantle and shelf hardware and fireplace set were all

handmade by a local blacksmith.
