IN SEASON (Memorial Day-Labor Day): $2500/week or $375/night, 5 night minimum
OFF SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): $2000/week or $325/night, 2 night minimum

Plus $125 dollar cleaning fee and $300 (returnable) security deposit.

PAYMENT: 50% of the Rental Fee is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% of the rental, plus Cleaning ($125) and refundable Security Deposit ($300) are due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. No reservations are confirmed until deposit and signed rental agreement are received.
